This hot-melt is a new type of environment-friendly cement which is widely used in shoe making and Garment &Textile and other industries.

 

Characteristics of the hot melt glue laminating machine:

4. According to difference materials, it can achieve different spreading effects by replacing different gluing rollers. Also could achieve a multi-uses function with one machine through adding different gluing groove.

 

5.Surface of heating roller is coated with Teflon in order to  efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization

6.Spreading width can be momentarily designed according to the clients requirement to control the cementing amount,diameter of heating roller is optional.

7.Adjust the speed of heating roller according to the working requirement,both colloid trough and heating roller can control temperature independently.

8.adhesive tank is double-decked,upper-layer is used to hold hot melt glue,bottom-layer fills with oil,and heat resoure comes from oil burning.Conveniently adding glue and high security.
