Usage for the coating machine: This adhesive coating machine used in making self-adhesive or coating by adhesive sticker on the Kraft paper, advertising, trademark, double-sided tape, PU, PVC, BOPP, EVA, textured paper, foam (sponges), non-woven fabric, etc.

15. Coating and laminating device is linkage drived by double-frequency converter. Guide pulley is drived by timing belt to make sure synchronization and material distortion reduction. Open-door type baking oven in two sides and film coating operation panel.

16. Coating roller and traction press roller are controlled by pneumatic electromagnetic valve.

17. Unwinding and rewinding unit are both hydraulic rectifiled by EPC. Bonding subformula air expansion shaft, convenient operation for loading and unloading material.

18. Traction device is up pressing type with high precision. Steel cooling roller adopt circulation type so that mor flat and leveling about film through cooling roller.

19. Two type methods of the inwinding: A inwingding frame independently; B bakc on tape surface iunwinding frame. Inwinding adopt frenquency motor, vector frenquency control.
